Like our trip all over the state of South Carolina to capture an image of every Post Office in the state, the one for Oregon will differ in a couple ways. 1) We are thinking that we aren’t going to chase every single one in the bigger towns, like for instance, Portland’s 2 dozen. And 2) Every single one of them may not have the same automobile in the photos, it might be a Miata or it might be a Mini Cooper.
Adams to Canon Beach

Adel - 97620
Adel - This post office was a 60 mile out and back because the road it is on leads into northern Nevada. (9/17/2023)

Albany - 97321
Albany - Albany is the 11th largest city in the state of Oregon with a population of over 56,000. (2/18/25)

Alvadore - 97409
Alvadore - My second post office of the day where it is located in a store. The one in Coburg had a separate entrance, but to get to the Post Office in Alvadore you have to go through the front door of this store. (2/6/25)

Antelope - 97001
This near ghost town of less than 50 people has a post office fitting of such a place, a trailer... (07/01/23)

Ashland - 97520
This is a cool little town and we would have possibly moved here, but we couldn't afford to buy a house... (10/03/21)

Astoria - 97103
Now this is more like it. This is a real deal US Post Office and Custom House. #/22/25)

Aurora - 97002
The city of Aurora is second alphabetically on the list of Oregon and consequentially has the second lowest zip code. (11/24/24)

Azalea - 97410
The previous town, this one and the next were really only accessible by using I-5. And frankly after the Lower Grave Creek Road incident we were quite happy using the Eisenhower Interstate System. (10/04/21)

Banks - 97106
A slight detour off US-26 sent me into the town of Banks, after that, next stop, surf, mist and the rocky coast. (3/22/25)

Beatty - 97621
Everyone traveling between Klamath Falls and Lakeside passes through here. There is a quick stop and the Post Office. Beatty should almost be called Bitty it is so small. (0723/22)

Beavercreek - 97004
Beavercreek - This was today's lowest number zip code. Otherwise it is just another rural post office. (11/17/24)

Beaverton - 97005
This was a quick catch this morning because I was nearby in Beaverton getting some service on the Mini. (3/5/25)

Beaverton - 97078
Aloha - It has nothing to do with the 50th state. One leading theory is that in the early 20th century, the postmaster named the post office Aloah after her happy memories of a lake resort in Wisconsin, using the Native word for “good morning.” As the story goes, that name was rejected, so the postmaster rearranged the letters into “Aloha,” but the original pronunciation stuck. (3/23/25)

Bend - 97701
Middle of the week and midday is a busy time at the main Bend P.O., so much so that we had to wait on a parking spot. Fortunately from the one I got I could capture car and sign in the same photo. (07/06/22)

Bly - 97622
Bly - An unincorporated community of about 200 that is about 50 miles east of Klamath Falls. (9/17/2023)

Bonanza - 97623
One story goes, the Indians came from the direction of Lakeview and spotted the Big Springs. They were so happy to find water that they called the site Bonanza, meaning, "water plenty." Another possibility is that the white settlers, who arrived in the late 1800's named the area Bonanza, a Spanish word meaning prosperity. (06/21/20)

Boring - 97009
Boring - They have a sense of humor about their name because the city's motto is "The most exciting place to live!" and they have two sister cities: Dull, Scotland and Bland, Australia. (11/17/24)

Brownsville - 97327
Just a quick tuck off I-5 to capture a Post Office on my way home from Eugene with the old tires and wheels off of Bucky. (2/21/25)
