No, I think (and this is from a total newbie point of view) that the object is to find the cache and to lord over other total random strangers that you were there before them by signing the log (and maybe leaving some sort of trinket behind.) I took a picture because I was so excited to actually find one. 🙂
So I haven’t really understood the geocaching thing. Is the goal to find the “cache” and take a picture?
