Rules:
- All photos must be received by Sunday, August 28, 2005, 12 noon EDT.
- All photos must include a Miata/MX-5/Roadster or enough of a Miata/MX-5/Roadster to make it recognizable.
- Only 1 entry per individual.
- Photos must have been taken by you or written permission to display the photo on the web from the photographer must accompany the submission. (No Killboy shots from the Gap. No photos from Miata gatherings where a photographer was paid to shoot the photo.)
- All photo copyrights remain with their respective photographers.
- Photos may be any resolution or size, but will be resized for display, maintaining their original aspect ratio, so as to have it's longest dimension be no greater than 600 pixels. Maximum total pixel count will be 270,400. Maximum displayed file size will be 40K (the minimum amount of JPEG compression shall be applied to reach this file size.)
- Prizes will be awarded by electronic voting at the close of the contest.
- First prize is a T-shirt valued at $15.99 or less, winner's choice, from the Life of Brian Stuff Cafepress store.
- Second prize is a sticker valued at $3.49 or less, winner's choice, from the Life of Brian Stuff Cafepress store.
- In case of a tie the staff at Mr-Miata.com will determine the winner by coin toss.
- In case of any voting impropriaties, perceived or otherwise, the staff at Mr-Miata.com reserve the right to terminate voting and determine the winners by lottery.
- Employees of the Mr-Miata.com and their respective agents, affiliates, subsidiary and parent companies, sales representatives, marketing affiliates and partners, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies and members of the immediate families or household of each are not eligible.
